Cancellations: Clients must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur a 50% charge.

No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Waitlist: If a session is full, clients can join the waitlist. They will be notified if a slot becomes available.
