Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Policy Advance Booking: Clients are encouraged to book services at least one week in advance to ensure availability. Confirmation: All bookings will be confirmed via email within 24 hours of the booking request. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking for all services. 2. Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice: Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the service. 3. Waitlist Policy Joining the Waitlist: If a service is fully booked, clients can join a waitlist. They will be notified via email or phone if a slot becomes available. Priority: Waitlist slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation: Clients must confirm their acceptance of a waitlist slot within 12 hours of notification, or the slot will be offered to the next person on the list. 4. Refund Policy Eligibility: Refunds are only available for services canceled by Alexandra Robuste or in cases where advance notice (as per cancellation policy) is given. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation. 5. Harassment and Misconduct Policy Right to Decline Service: Alexandra Robuste reserves the right to decline or discontinue services to any client exhibiting harassment, abusive behavior, or any form of misconduct. 6.
