I’m Alexandra Robuste — a leadership strategist, researcher, and author helping people and organizations understand something timeless but newly urgent: how the nervous system shapes leadership, empathy, conflict, and change.

For nearly two decades, I’ve worked across Europe and the US — from Berlin to Los Angeles — supporting founders, leaders, and teams in building clarity, psychological safety, and sustainable performance. My background spans psychiatric nursing, executive coaching, organizational design, and neurodivergence research, allowing me to bridge science with practical, human-centered leadership tools.
